You don’t know Schlappin yet? Schlappin air is addictive…
In Summer:
From Klosters-Dorf at the Madrisa valley station, take the road direction Schlappin
– Hiking approx. 1.5 hours
– By car about 10 minutes
We can issue the required street permit for CHF 10, valid 24 hours (weekend permit CHF 20), meaning that you can drive up to Schlappin without the permit and purchase it when you get here.
– Hiking from the Madrisa summit station via Saaseralp to Schlappin, approx. 1.5 hours.
Davos Klosters Premium Card
Guests benefit from numerous advantages and price reductions from their first overnight stay. The Premium Card allows the purchase of heavily discounted tickets at the mountain railways.
If you would like to travel to us with the Madrisabahn, please contact us in advance with all the first and last names of those arriving (at least 48 hours before arrival) so that we can load the Premium Card for you and deposit it at the Madrisabahn ticket office. Or we can send you the Premium Card by e-mail and you can load it yourself via the Davos Klosters App.

In Winter:
via Madrisabahn (last possible ascent 15.30 h) continue with Schaffürggli chairlift and then downhill Schlappin as snow sportsman or uphill with snowshoes or skins on piste (downhill) approx. 1 1/2 h.
Luggage transport from 3 nights onwards by arrangement; we do not offer personal transport!
Possible situations in case of avalanche danger; in case of persistent snowfall or warm temperatures in spring. It can happen that we are cut off in Schlappin, and the valley run away from us to the end in Klosters is closed!
At the end of February and in March it can happen that the Schlappintobel is closed from midday, i.e. you can only get to us from above via Madrisa and we cannot get down into the valley until the next morning. In such circumstances we inform our arriving and departing guests personally.
